SSE R1 – 1 hour remote support per month. SSE engineers will use either telephone, WhatsApp group, remote PC access via TeamViewer to support your SSI equipment between 8am and 4pm Monday to Friday. Cover includes technical support, software/firmware upgrades on instrumentation, SCADA software and gas analysers, plus any process support required. Payment must be made in full on receipt of the initial/renewal invoice for the full year.
R2, R3, R4 and R5 contracts are available. If any further hours are required in a particular month, they can be purchased at a discount to our normal hourly rate.
Upon initiation of the contract, a WhatsApp group will be set up to provide rapid communication with our technical team. We will notify you within that group when the monthly hours start being used.
These contracts are for remote support only. If any issue demands a visit from an SSE engineer, this is chargeable separately.
