Description
The HP2000 is a small, temperature controlled, tube furnace with an integrated SSi Gold Probe oxygen probe. It includes a sample inlet for the sampled gas, a reference air port, and connections for mV output. Advantages include:
- Enables installation of filter system for application with moisture or particulates.
- Ideal for low temperature processes below 550 deg C.
- Cost-effective versus high temperature probes in applications above 1100 deg C.
