The powerful 9120 dual loop controller can control both temperature and atmosphere (carbon potential CP%, oxygen O2%, dew point, mV) on a endothermic gas generator, carburising sealed quench, pit, continuous mesh belt, cast link, or pusher furnace. The instrument is developed to improve the visibility and ease of use of key parameters. It includes data logging/chart recording functions and advanced oxygen probe features such as multiple burn-off/purge features, alarms for high impedance and poor response which can aid predictive maintenance plans.
