Carburising Furnace Programmable Controller

SSi 9205

The SSi 9205 is a versatile multi-loop programmable controller designed to provide comprehensive control of any type of thermochemical heat treatment process. It's recipe features and SSi's extensive library of opcodes mean that complex and highly specific programming requirements can easily be met. Our philosophy is to make instrumentation that is simpler, easier for furnace operators to use and  able to meet automotive (CQI-9) and aerospace (AMS 2750E) standars. The SSi 9205 integrates with all SSi gas analysers for automated verification of the CP% of a carburising or neutral hardening atmosphere. It is compatible with all SSi SCADA software including the Load Entry Database, enabling heat treatment facilities to have a comprehensive database of parts and historical records of all furnace activity.
